porduction log fifteen and sixteen

WE had mock exams going on last week which delayed us on editing our films and re shooting any scenes that we needed to do such as the in between shots to show the transition of the shots. So after our mock exams we got back into shooting. Our main actor was quite busy and it was difficult for us too shoot her some days. However we finally got to shoot our in-between shots. It went very successfully as we didn't need too reshoot again and fit into the film very well.

Another issue that we had was our footage we shot was longer than the time limit that we had to stick too. It was well over two minutes and we had no clue on which we should take out thinking this would ruin the flow of our production. Our teacher helped us and took out the irrelevant shots that we did not need this made our work fit into the limit for how many minutues and it also made it flow more. The shots that were taken out did not make any difference to our work.

Production log sixteen.

This was quite a productive week for my partner and me. We did all of our shots that had been suggested by our teacher too reshoot. But also shot more shots to portray our character into being very aggressive. there were many issues such as the weather and the lighting. For example one day we shot it was dark, gloomy and fit well with the BSR genre so everything did look gritty. However the next day we went too shoot it was very sunny and the shots that we needed too shoot did not match the shots we did the day before.

We overcame this problem as we shot in shadowy areas so it would look darker and a bit more scruffy. However for a shot we wanted to show our main character as being very aggressive as our teacher had suggested to us. The day we decided too shoot this was on a sunny day. We thought it would be darker as we checked the weather. so we still kept the shot and the shot could connate that a beautiful day has no affect on her, she is a horrible person.
